Complete Digital Workflow:
Sampling Solutions accepts files in a variety of ways.

  • FTP Sites: When posting files to an FTP site we will request that a PDF file of the graphics is also uploaded. This will allow us to have an accurate proof of the final file.
  • CD/DVD: When sending files by a CD/DVD, include a full size printout of the final artfiles.

Art File Specifications:
Acceptable Applications for Macintosh:
Adobe Illustrator CS (3.0) or below.
Adobe Photoshop CS (3.0) or below.

Preferred Formats:
EPS - Encapsulated PostScript Format
PDF - Portable Document Format
TIFF - Tagged Information File Format

1. Make sure to send files in an acceptable application (see above).

2. Images being used in the files should be supplied as Low Res (EPS) as well as layered Photoshop (PSD) files.

3. We can accept compressed files, (Stuffit, etc.)

4. Convert text to paths (Outline). This will prevent any reflow concerns.

5. If a color target has been predetermined, please submit for press target.
